Once you subscribed and selected the subject you wish to enrol, you will receive a confirmation email. Clic on the link and get redirected to your dashboard. You can access all enrolled courses, anytime, anywhere to start learning at your own pace.

Users can create an account free of charge, however, creating an account does not enroll the user in a course. User will be automatically enrolled in their respective courses after check out.

You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will be officially cancelled after the current billing period as per the terms and conditions of your membership.

Students has unlimited access to alaprann so they can learn conveniently, anytime, anywhere and at their own pace.

The dashboards allows any user type (Students, parents, tutors, schools or NGOs) to have access in real time to all metrics related to the students learning journey to better keep track and assess learning break downs in real time.

It's easy. Simply send us an email and we will do needful to sign you in a a new curse level.

Nb: Changes of level are only available at the end of the scholar year.

Alaprann courses are entirely on-demand. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it.

After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your Alaprann account). You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your My account page. 

As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the course except if your subscription ended. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it.

While Alaprann is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by real-world experts in their field. Every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Alaprann can be refunded within 14 days. If you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.
