Job summary

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising projects from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities and tasks :

- Project planning and management: You will be responsible for the detailed planning of each project, defining the tasks to be carried out, the deadlines, the resources required and the associated costs. You will also be responsible for organizing and leading the project and production team to ensure that objectives are met.
- Budget and finance: you will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets for each project, ensuring that costs are kept above planned levels
- Working closely with the production team, you will have to follow up the pre-production (additional text and respective quizzes for the different courses and subjects, check the production equipment, help with the scheduling and booking of the recordings etc….), production (creating the concept, video editing…) and finally post-production (making sure the videos are functional, maintaining the website…)
- Project reports: you will be required to produce regular project reports to communicate progress and obstacles encountered

Job summary

The Production Manager in charge of online course production is responsible for all stages of production, recording and editing of online courses, i.e. from design to delivery. The Production Manager coordinates and monitors the production of high quality online learning content in collaboration with the dedicated teams.

Responsibilities and tasks :

Designing, planning and implementing course production
Coordinate and manage all logistical and technical aspects of the production, from the trainer selection process, content planning to the development of training materials
Organise regular and rigorous monitoring of the production schedule, from planning to delivery, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality specifications of the courses are met
Supervise the quality of production, ensuring the adequacy of tools, methods, performance indicators and standards
Collaborate with teaching teams to develop innovative strategies for designing e-learning materials and monitor their compliance with international quality standards

Maintain the quality and consistency of the brand across all projects, ensuring that the video produced is consistent with the defined quality standards
Follow market trends and technological innovations to find new ways to create high quality videos

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of web applications. They work on all aspects of development, both client and server side, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the application.

Responsibilities and tasks :

Designing and developing web applications
Collaborate with development and production teams to define project needs and requirements.
Create attractive, intuitive and responsive user interfaces
Develop back-end functionality using programming languages such as Python etc.
Create and manage databases to store and organise application data
