Job summary

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising projects from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities and tasks :

    • Project planning and management: You will be responsible for the detailed planning of each project, defining the tasks to be carried out, the deadlines, the resources required and the associated costs. You will also be responsible for organizing and leading the project and production team to ensure that objectives are met.

     

    • Budget and finance: you will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets for each project, ensuring that costs are kept above planned levels

     

    • Working closely with the production team, you will have to follow up the pre-production (additional text and respective quizzes for the different courses and subjects, check the production equipment, help with the scheduling and booking of the recordings etc….), production (creating the concept, video editing…) and finally post-production (making sure the videos are functional, maintaining the website…)

     

    • Project reports: you will be required to produce regular project reports to communicate progress and obstacles encountered

Education and experience :

  • A university degree in project management, engineering, computer science or a related field is required).
  • Experience in project management or business analytics
  • Six sigma certification is highly recommended.
