Job summary

The Sales/Marketing Manager is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing strategy. He/she works closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities and tasks :

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop advertising campaigns, online and offline marketing strategies, and promotions to drive sales.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners to increase the company’s visibility in the market.
  • Leading sales and marketing teams, motivating and guiding them to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the company’s sales and marketing budget, ensuring that spending is efficient and cost effective

Education and experience :

  • Degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • Previous sales and marketing experience, preferably in a management role
